We provide comprehensive property maintenance services including:

  • Routine maintenance and repairs
  • Emergency service response
  • Preventive maintenance programs
  • Seasonal property preparation
  • Contractor coordination and oversight
  • Quality assurance and follow-up

Service Standards

All services are provided by:

  • Licensed and insured contractors
  • Vetted and background-checked professionals
  • Trained service coordinators
  • Quality-assured workmanship

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and current information

Property Access

For service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to service areas
  • Secure or remove valuable items from work areas
  • Inform us of any hazardous conditions
  • Provide accurate access codes and instructions
  • Be available for emergency contact during service

Payment Obligations

You agree to:

  • Pay all charges according to agreed pricing
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Pay invoices within 30 days of service completion
  • Cover additional costs for scope changes

4. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

  • Services are scheduled based on availability
  • Emergency services receive priority scheduling
  • Weather conditions may affect outdoor service scheduling
  • We will provide reasonable advance notice of any schedule changes

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard services: 24-hour advance notice required
  • Emergency services: Cannot be cancelled once dispatched
  • Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations
  • No-show fees apply when access is not provided

5. Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

  • Pricing is provided before service commencement
  • Emergency services may incur premium rates
  • Additional work requires prior approval
  • Travel time may be charged for remote properties

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 10 days
  • Credit card processing fees may apply

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We warrant that:

  • Services will be performed in a workmanlike manner
  • Materials used will be of commercial quality
  • Work will comply with applicable codes and standards
  • Defects in workmanship will be corrected at no charge

Warranty Period

  • Labor warranty: 1 year from completion
  • Material warranty: As provided by manufacturer
  • Emergency repairs: 90-day warranty
  • Preventive maintenance: 6-month warranty

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Dispute Resolution

Before formal proceedings, we encourage:

  • Escalation to management for complex issues
  • Good faith negotiation to resolve disputes

Formal Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails:

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County
  • California law will govern all disputes
  • Class action lawsuits are waived

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account:

  • At any time with 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for our material breach
  • Subject to completion of scheduled services

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for:

  • Breach of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Unsafe or hostile behavior
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

  • With email notification to active users
  • 30 days after notification for material changes
